  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon quarters

Method

  1. 1 Soak the salted cod in fresh water for 24 hours to remove excess salt.
  2. 2 Place the fish in a pot with cold water and slowly bring to a boil.
  3. 3 Remove the fish and place it on a platter in the oven to keep warm.
  4. 4 Melt butter in a frying pan with parsley sprigs until the butter turns brown.
  5. 5 Pour the brown butter over the fish and serve with lemon quarters and fresh parsley.
