Brown Butter Salt Cod With Parsley

- Salted cod
- Butter
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon quarters
Method
- 1 Soak the salted cod in fresh water for 24 hours to remove excess salt.
- 2 Place the fish in a pot with cold water and slowly bring to a boil.
- 3 Remove the fish and place it on a platter in the oven to keep warm.
- 4 Melt butter in a frying pan with parsley sprigs until the butter turns brown.
- 5 Pour the brown butter over the fish and serve with lemon quarters and fresh parsley.
