Brown Butter Fried Eggs
Ingredients
- eggs
- butter or oil
- salt
- pepper
- vinegar or lemon juice
Method
- 1 Fry eggs in butter or oil until done, then remove from pan.
- 2 Add more butter or oil to the pan and season with salt, pepper, and vinegar or lemon juice.
- 3 Let the mixture brown, then pour the brown butter over the fried eggs and serve.
