Brown Butter Baked Cod With Parsley
Ingredients
- 1 lb cod fillet, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare the cod by ensuring all bones and skin are removed.
- 2 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to brown slightly.
- 3 Add the cod to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top to thicken.
- 4 Heat gently for a few minutes, then transfer mixture into paper baking cups.
- 5 Top with chopped parsley and bake until heated through and golden.
