Brown Butter And Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 oz butter
- 3 tbsp hot vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- dash of pepper
- dash of salt
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- 2 Cook slowly, swirling occasionally, until the butter turns brown and nutty.
- 3 Remove from heat and immediately stir in hot vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper.
