Broiled Tilapia Tacos With Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 cups packaged coleslaw mix
- 8 4-ounce tilapia fillets (or any white fish)
- 1 small corn tortilla
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)
Method
- 1 Chop onion and cilantro. Mix with coleslaw mix in a bowl and set aside.
- 2 Sprinkle fish fillets with chili powder. Place on a cooking spray-coated baking sheet.
- 3 Broil fish 6 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- 4 Heat tortillas on an oiled skillet or in the microwave until softened and hot.
- 5 Fill tortillas with fish and slaw mixture. Fold in half and serve with salsa and citrus.
