Broiled Steak With Oyster Topping
Ingredients
- 1 inch-thick sirloin steak
- 1 pint oysters
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- 1 Broil the sirloin steak to desired doneness.
- 2 Transfer steak to a platter and spread with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Cover the steak with oysters. Season with salt and pepper, then dot with butter.
- 4 Place on a grate in a 425°F oven until the oysters are plump.
