Broiled Sprats With Melted Butter

- flour
- salt
- melted butter
Method
- 1 Thread sprats onto a pointed iron wire through their heads.
- 2 Sprinkle with flour and salt.
- 3 Broil over a clear, quick fire for about 2 minutes per side until browned.
- 4 Remove the wire and serve with melted butter.
