Broiled Smoked Salmon With Parsley Butter
Ingredients
- 1 piece smoked salmon
- butter
- melted butter
- pepper
- minced parsley
- lemon quarters
Method
- 1 Wash the smoked salmon in three or four waters, then parboil for fifteen minutes.
- 2 Remove from water, skim out, and wipe dry.
- 3 Rub the salmon with butter and broil until heated through.
- 4 Cover with melted butter, sprinkle with pepper and minced parsley, and garnish with lemon quarters.
