  • 1 piece smoked salmon
  • butter
  • melted butter
  • pepper
  • minced parsley
  • lemon quarters

Method

  1. 1 Wash the smoked salmon in three or four waters, then parboil for fifteen minutes.
  2. 2 Remove from water, skim out, and wipe dry.
  3. 3 Rub the salmon with butter and broil until heated through.
  4. 4 Cover with melted butter, sprinkle with pepper and minced parsley, and garnish with lemon quarters.
