Broiled Sardines On Toast
Ingredients
- canned sardines
- toast
- heated oil from sardine can
Method
- 1 Drain sardines from the can.
- 2 Lay sardines on a broiler over hot coals for two minutes on each side.
- 3 Arrange the sardines neatly on hot toast cut to size.
- 4 Moisten with a little heated oil from the can.
