Broiled Salmon With Lemon Butter
Ingredients
- salmon fillet
- butter
- melted butter
- lemon quarters
- parsley
Method
- 1 Soak the salmon in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water frequently.
- 2 Drain the salmon and wipe it dry.
- 3 Rub the salmon with butter.
- 4 Broil over a clear fire until cooked through.
- 5 Serve with melted butter, garnished with lemon quarters and parsley.
