Broiled Pork Tenderloin With Pickle Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- Seasoned oil
- 1 tbsp pickles, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vinegar
Method
- 1 Trim all fat and sinew from the pork tenderloins.
- 2 Dip the tenderloins in seasoned oil.
- 3 Broil slowly until cooked through.
- 4 Chop pickles and parsley fine, then mix with melted butter and vinegar to form a smooth paste.
- 5 Pour the sauce over the pork and serve.
