Broiled Pork Tenderloin With Pickle Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • Seasoned oil
  • 1 tbsp pickles, chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Method

  1. 1 Trim all fat and sinew from the pork tenderloins.
  2. 2 Dip the tenderloins in seasoned oil.
  3. 3 Broil slowly until cooked through.
  4. 4 Chop pickles and parsley fine, then mix with melted butter and vinegar to form a smooth paste.
  5. 5 Pour the sauce over the pork and serve.
