Broiled Pork Cutlets With Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- pork loin cutlets
- salt
- pepper
- tomato sauce
- small pickled cucumbers
Method
- 1 Cut pork from a loin, removing the bone and trimming neatly. Cut away most of the fat.
- 2 Broil the cutlets on a hot gridiron for 15 minutes, turning them three or four times until thoroughly done but not dry.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tomato sauce or small pickled cucumbers as a garnish.
