Broiled Pork Cutlets With Tomato Sauce

  • pork loin cutlets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tomato sauce
  • small pickled cucumbers

Method

  1. 1 Cut pork from a loin, removing the bone and trimming neatly. Cut away most of the fat.
  2. 2 Broil the cutlets on a hot gridiron for 15 minutes, turning them three or four times until thoroughly done but not dry.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tomato sauce or small pickled cucumbers as a garnish.
