Broiled Pork Chops With Tomato Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork chops
  • 1/4 lb pork pieces
  • 3 onions
  • 6-8 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp chili pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp flour

Method

  1. 1 Fry pork pieces and chopped onions in a skillet until browned.
  2. 2 Add peeled, chopped tomatoes, garlic, and chili pepper. Stir and cook until tomatoes break down.
  3. 3 Strain the sauce to remove solids. Return liquid to pan and thicken with flour.
  4. 4 Broil pork chops until cooked through. Place on a hot platter and pour the hot tomato sauce over them.
