Broiled Mutton Steaks With Orange Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 leg of mutton, cut into ½-inch thick round steaks
- Salt
- Gravy sauce
- Orange juice
Method
- 1 Cut the leg of mutton crosswise into ½-inch thick steaks.
- 2 Tenderize the meat by hacking it with the back of a knife.
- 3 Season with salt and broil over embers on a soft fire for 1 hour.
- 4 Serve the broiled mutton with gravy sauce and orange juice.
