  • salt
  • pepper
  • melted butter
  • capers

Method

  1. 1 Cut the mutton flank into large slices half an inch thick and remove the bone.
  2. 2 Sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Broil the steaks until cooked to your liking.
  4. 4 Pour melted butter mixed with capers over the hot steaks before serving.
