Broiled Mutton Steaks With Capers
Ingredients
- leg of mutton, bone removed
- salt
- pepper
- melted butter
- capers
Method
- 1 Cut the mutton flank into large slices half an inch thick and remove the bone.
- 2 Sprinkle the slices with salt and pepper.
- 3 Broil the steaks until cooked to your liking.
- 4 Pour melted butter mixed with capers over the hot steaks before serving.
