Broiled Mushrooms With Lemon And Parsley
Ingredients
- large, firm, fresh mushrooms
- pepper
- salt
- oil
- lemon quarters
- parsley
Method
- 1 Cut off the stalks, peel, and lightly score the underside of the mushrooms.
- 2 Sprinkle with pepper and salt, then soak briefly in oil.
- 3 Drain and broil until cooked.
- 4 Serve with lemon quarters and garnish with parsley.
