Broiled Mushrooms With Butter And Herbs
Ingredients
- mushrooms, peeled, washed, drained, and cut into pieces
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- chopped onion (optional)
- sweet herbs (optional)
Method
- 1 Peel, wash, and drain the mushrooms, then cut them into pieces.
- 2 Make a square case of white paper and butter it well.
- 3 Mix the mushrooms with butter, salt, and pepper, then fill the paper case.
- 4 Broil on a gridiron over a clear fire until cooked.
- 5 Serve the mushrooms directly in the paper case.
