Broiled Mackerel With Mint And Fennel

  • mint
  • green fennel
  • butter
  • oil
  • vinegar
  • rosemary

  • parsley
  • lemon slices

Method

  1. 1 Draw, wash, and dry the mackerel. Season with salt.
  2. 2 Place on a soft fire to broil. Add mint and green fennel during cooking.
