Broiled Lobster With Lemon Butter Sauce

- butter
- vinegar
- lemon, sliced
- nutmeg
Method
- 1 Boil the lobsters until cooked, then place them on a gridiron or toast them near the fire.
- 2 Baste the lobsters with a mixture of vinegar and butter, or butter only, while broiling them slowly.
- 3 Once broiled, serve immediately with a thick sauce made of beaten butter, vinegar, sliced lemon, and nutmeg.
