Broiled Lobster With Butter And Pepper
Ingredients
- 1 lobster
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Cut down the back of the lobster with a sharp knife to kill and open it. Remove the stomach and intestine.
- 2 Lay the two halves on a broiler, shell-side down. Broil over a moderate fire for 30 minutes or longer.
- 3 When half done, spread a little butter over the meat to keep it moist.
- 4 When fully cooked, spread butter, salt, and pepper over the lobster. Crack the claws and serve immediately.
