Broiled Fish With Lemon And Parsley
Ingredients
- fish (split, cleaned, and deboned)
- salt and pepper
- butter, melted
- parsley, chopped
- lemon, sliced
Method
- 1 Clean, wash, and split the fish, removing the backbone and fins. Cut very large fish into slices if necessary.
- 2 Dry the fish on a piece of cheesecloth and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Broil on a well-greased rack for 10 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.
- 4 Transfer to a hot platter, top with melted butter and chopped parsley, and garnish with lemon slices.
