Broiled Fish With Lemon And Parsley

  • fish (split, cleaned, and deboned)
  • salt and pepper
  • butter, melted
  • parsley, chopped
  • lemon, sliced

Method

  1. 1 Clean, wash, and split the fish, removing the backbone and fins. Cut very large fish into slices if necessary.
  2. 2 Dry the fish on a piece of cheesecloth and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Broil on a well-greased rack for 10 to 20 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.
