Broiled Buttered Potato Slices With Parsley
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes
- white pepper
- salt
- melted butter
- finely minced parsley
Method
- 1 Cut cold boiled potatoes into thick lengthwise slices.
- 2 Season slices with salt and white pepper, then dip each in melted butter.
- 3 Broil over a clear fire until nicely browned.
- 4 Serve topped with melted butter and finely minced parsley.
