Broiled Bloaters With Butter And Parsley
Ingredients
- bloaters (whole fish)
- butter (for gridiron)
- melted butter (for pouring)
- lemon quarters
- parsley
Method
- 1 Scrape and clean the fish, then wipe dry and split them open, laying them flat on a buttered gridiron.
- 2 Broil for about six minutes, turning frequently until browned.
- 3 Pour melted butter over the fish and serve with lemon quarters and parsley.
