Broiled Beefsteaks With Onions
Ingredients
- Beefsteaks (from rump or ribs)
- Salt
- Butter (optional)
- Made gravy (optional)
- Sliced onions (optional)
Method
- 1 Cut steaks from a rump or ribs of a fore quarter.
- 2 Heat a clean gridiron over a clear, quick fire.
- 3 Place steaks on the gridiron and turn constantly with tongs until done.
- 4 Sprinkle with salt, remove from fire, and serve hot.
- 5 Optionally rub with butter, or serve with made gravy and sliced onions.
