Method
- 1 Season beef steaks with pepper, salt, and coriander seed. Sprinkle with rose vinegar or elder vinegar.
- 2 Layer steaks in a dish and let them marinate for one hour.
- 3 Broil or toast the steaks over a fire until cooked to your liking.
- 4 Serve with the natural gravy, or combine the gravy with orange juice.
