Ingredients

  • 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk (1%, low fat)
  • 2 cups low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cooked and chopped broccoli
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. 1 Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and return to pan.
  2. 2 Sprinkle flour over warm macaroni and stir thoroughly to coat.
