Broccoli Corn Casserole With Cracker Topping
Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
- 3 3/4 cups frozen cooked broccoli
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed saltine crackers
- 1 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
Method
- 1 Mix corn, broccoli, egg, cracker crumbs, and oil in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- 2 Combine topping ingredients (saltine crumbs and melted margarine) in a small bowl and sprinkle over the corn mixture.
- 3 Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
