Broccoli Carrot Cauliflower Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups grated carrot
  • 1 cup sliced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • peanuts

Method

  1. 1 Toss all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 6 hours.
