Broccoli Carrot Cauliflower Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups grated carrot
- 1 cup sliced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- peanuts
Method
- 1 Toss all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 6 hours.
- 3 Serve chilled.
