  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small cup brewer's yeast
  • Flour, as needed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoonfuls butter

Method

  1. 1 Combine milk, salt, yeast, and enough flour to make a stiff batter.
  2. 2 Let the batter rise until very light.
  3. 3 Work in the egg and butter, then knead in flour until stiff enough to roll.
  4. 4 Let the dough rise again until very light.
