Breaded Veal With Macaroni Ham And Truffles
Ingredients
- thick slices of veal
- egg
- breadcrumbs
- boiled macaroni, cut into small pieces
- ham, cut into julienne strips
- mushrooms, cut into julienne strips
- truffles, cut into julienne strips
- pepper
- salt
- tomato sauce
Method
- 1 Coat thick slices of veal in egg and breadcrumbs.
- 2 Fry the breaded veal slices until cooked through.
- 3 Garnish with boiled macaroni, julienne-cut ham, mushrooms, and truffles.
- 4 Season with pepper and salt, add a little tomato sauce, mix well, and serve very hot.
