  • 2 lbs veal steak
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt
  • bread crumbs
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • hot fat for frying

Method

  1. 1 Cut veal into ½-inch thick serving portions and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Dip pieces in bread crumbs, then beaten egg, and again in bread crumbs.
  3. 3 Let stand in the refrigerator for a while before cooking.
  4. 4 Brown in hot fat on both sides, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
