Breaded Sautéed Puffballs
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter or oil
- puffballs, sliced ½ inch thick
- salt and pepper
- egg
- bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 Season puffball slices with salt and pepper.
- 3 Dip slices in beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
- 4 Sauté in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
