Breaded Pork Tenderloin Fillets
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- Flour for dredging
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fine bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Cut pork tenderloin into 8 fillets. Place in a dish and baste with a mixture of minced onion, lemon juice, salad oil, salt, and paprika. Marinate.
- 2 Lift fillets from marinade, roll lightly in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with fine bread crumbs.
- 3 Fry in hot fat until golden brown and cooked through.
