Breaded Pan Fried Oysters
Ingredients
- oysters
- salt
- pepper
- fine crumbs
- beaten egg
- olive oil or clarified butter
Method
- 1 Wash and drain the oysters, then season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Roll the oysters in fine crumbs, dip in beaten egg, and roll in crumbs again.
- 3 Heat olive oil or clarified butter in a skillet.
- 4 Add oysters and brown on one side, then turn and brown the other side.
