  • salt
  • pepper
  • fine crumbs
  • beaten egg
  • olive oil or clarified butter

Method

  1. 1 Wash and drain the oysters, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Roll the oysters in fine crumbs, dip in beaten egg, and roll in crumbs again.
  3. 3 Heat olive oil or clarified butter in a skillet.
