Breaded Pan Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 fowl, cut up
- 2 oz butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 sprig parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Lemons, cut
Method
- 1 Place cut fowl, butter, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a frying pan.
- 2 Cook over heat, turning pieces several times until done. Remove from pan.
- 3 While hot, roll each piece in breadcrumbs.
- 4 Fry the breaded pieces until golden. Serve with cut lemons.
