Breaded Pan Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 fowl, cut up
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 sprig parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Lemons, cut

Method

  1. 1 Place cut fowl, butter, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a frying pan.
  2. 2 Cook over heat, turning pieces several times until done. Remove from pan.
  3. 3 While hot, roll each piece in breadcrumbs.
  4. 4 Fry the breaded pieces until golden. Serve with cut lemons.
