Breaded Fried Whiting With Parsley

Ingredients

  • Whiting
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil or fat for frying

Method

  1. 1 Skin the whiting and fasten the tail in the mouth. Dry the fish thoroughly with a cloth.
  2. 2 Dip the fish in beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3 Fry in hot fat using a frying basket until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4 Drain on kitchen paper and serve on a napkin with fried parsley and lemon wedges.
