Breaded Fried Whiting With Parsley
Ingredients
- Whiting
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon juice
- Oil or fat for frying
Method
- 1 Skin the whiting and fasten the tail in the mouth. Dry the fish thoroughly with a cloth.
- 2 Dip the fish in beaten egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- 3 Fry in hot fat using a frying basket until golden and cooked through.
- 4 Drain on kitchen paper and serve on a napkin with fried parsley and lemon wedges.
