Breaded Fried Small Fish
Ingredients
- small fish (such as smelts, brook trout, perch, or butterfish)
- beaten egg
- fine breadcrumbs
Method
- 1 Clean and dry the small fish thoroughly.
- 2 Dip the fish into beaten egg.
- 3 Roll the fish in fine breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- 4 Cut large fish into suitable pieces or slice them.
- 5 Dip and coat the large fish pieces in egg and breadcrumbs.
