Breaded Fried Cod Cutlets
Ingredients
- 1 cod tail, cut into cutlets
- 1 egg, beaten
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fried parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Cut the cod tail into neat cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Dip each cutlet in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
- 3 Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4 Serve on a napkin garnished with fried parsley.
