Ingredients

  • 1 cod tail, cut into cutlets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Fried parsley for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Cut the cod tail into neat cutlets and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Dip each cutlet in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3 Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
