Method
- 1 Marinate pike slices in a mixture of olive oil, black pepper, minced onion, mushrooms, and parsley.
- 2 Cover the fish with breadcrumbs and broil, brushing occasionally with the marinade until golden.
- 3 Place on a hot platter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with tartar sauce in a sauceboat.
