Breaded Baked Whiting
Ingredients
- whiting
- butter
- pepper
- salt
- breadcrumbs
Method
- 1 Tie the whiting round, securing the tail to the mouth.
- 2 Dip the fish in dissolved butter and sprinkle lightly with pepper and salt.
- 3 Strew the fish with breadcrumbs and place in a baking dish with a little butter.
- 4 Bake in a 425°F oven for 15 minutes.
