Breaded Baked Turbot With Parsley And Mace
Ingredients
- 1 small cleaned turbot
- melted butter
- minced parsley
- powdered mace
- salt and pepper
- beaten egg
- breadcrumbs
- butter for dotting
Method
- 1 Rub the turbot with melted butter, minced parsley, powdered mace, salt, and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour.
- 2 Place the fish in a buttered baking dish. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- 3 Dot with butter and bake until cooked through. Serve with your preferred sauce.
