Breaded Baked Turbot With Parsley And Mace

  • 1 small cleaned turbot
  • melted butter
  • minced parsley
  • powdered mace
  • salt and pepper
  • beaten egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • butter for dotting

Method

  1. 1 Rub the turbot with melted butter, minced parsley, powdered mace, salt, and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour.
  2. 2 Place the fish in a buttered baking dish. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3 Dot with butter and bake until cooked through. Serve with your preferred sauce.
