Breaded Baked Sole With Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 whole sole
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 chopped shallot
- 6 chopped button mushrooms
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- ½ oz butter
- Brown bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Grease a heatproof dish. Sprinkle half the parsley, shallot, mushrooms, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the dish.
- 2 Place the sole on top of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle the remaining parsley, shallot, and mushrooms over the fish.
- 3 Cover with brown bread crumbs and dot with small pieces of butter.
- 4 Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the fish. Serve with glaze poured around it.
