Bread Crusted Lamb With Anchovy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 lamb roast
- grated bread
- veal stock
- salt
- pepper
- anchovy
- lemon juice
Method
- 1 Roast the lamb until almost done.
- 2 Dredge the lamb well with grated bread and place it in the serving dish.
- 3 Warm the veal stock, salt, pepper, anchovy, and lemon juice together.
- 4 Pour the warm sauce over the lamb and serve immediately.
