Bread Crusted Baked Oysters
Ingredients
- Oysters
- Butter
- Bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Grease scallop shells and place two or three oysters in each.
- 2 Cover oysters with bread crumbs and top each with a small piece of butter.
- 3 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) until browned. Serve very hot.
