Bread Crumb Topped Macaroni
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups clear stock
- 1/2 cup flour
- fine bread crumbs
- grated cheese
Method
- 1 Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- 2 Make a cream sauce by blending milk, stock, and flour. Cook until thickened.
- 3 Place cooked macaroni in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- 4 Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 25 minutes.
