Bread Crumb Topped Baked Fish
Ingredients
- 1 whole fish, cleaned
- 1 tbsp butter or dripping
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mushroom ketchup
- 1 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with butter or dripping.
- 2 Place the whole fish in the dish. Add vinegar, water, and mushroom ketchup.
- 3 Season with chopped onions and parsley. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top.
- 4 Bake in the preheated oven until the fish is cooked through and crumbs are golden.
