Bread Crumb Omelet
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
- 1 Beat eggs separately. Mix yolks with milk, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs.
- 2 Carefully fold in the well-beaten whites. Mix lightly.
- 3 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the mixture.
- 4 Cook until half done, then transfer pan to a 350°F oven for a few minutes to set the middle.
- 5 Slide onto a hot platter and serve immediately.
