Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  1. 1 Beat eggs separately. Mix yolks with milk, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs.
  2. 2 Carefully fold in the well-beaten whites. Mix lightly.
  3. 3 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the mixture.
  4. 4 Cook until half done, then transfer pan to a 350°F oven for a few minutes to set the middle.
  5. 5 Slide onto a hot platter and serve immediately.
