Bread Anchovy Parsley Cheese Toast
Ingredients
- thick slices of bread
- anchovies, boned
- grated cheese
- chopped parsley
- melted butter
Method
- 1 Toast thick slices of bread slightly.
- 2 Place half an anchovy on each toast.
- 3 Cover with a mixture of grated cheese and chopped parsley.
- 4 Pour melted butter over the top.
- 5 Brown under a salamander or broiler until golden.
