Brandy Whipped Egg White Cream
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- Sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Whisk egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- 2 Fold in heavy cream and brandy gently until combined.
- 3 Spoon mixture into glasses, filling them three-quarters full.
- 4 Top with additional whipped cream or froth if desired and serve immediately.
