Brandy Pineapple Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 jigger brandy
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes pineapple syrup
- ½ large glass shaved ice
- Berries for garnish
- Champagne for topping
- Lemon peel twist for garnish
Method
- 1 Fill a large bar glass halfway with shaved ice.
- 2 Add brandy, Angostura bitters, and pineapple syrup.
- 3 Stir well to chill and dilute.
- 4 Strain into a cocktail glass.
- 5 Garnish with berries and a lemon peel twist.
- 6 Top with a dash of champagne and serve.
